General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

This condition indicates underlying intestine infection with deficiency of certain nutrients to give body vibration and loss of appetite. In our clinic, we recommend basic lab tests to evaluate the type of infection in the form of WBC counts and serum Widal test to figure out the management guidelines.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
