How To Treat Leg Muscle Cramping At Night?

What can relieve nightime leg muscle cramps? Sometimes I have them twice a night & different legs. It affects the calf of the legs down to the toes -- the pain is awful & the cramp does not go away until i get up & try to put my foot down in a normal position & can walk- it usually last 30-50 seconds until i can walk normally. I take Crestor , Lovazza and Atelonol for high blood pressure/high cholesterol. Thank you in advance for your answer/suggestions. My email is YYYY@YYYY .

Hello
I advice you to consult your physician about your problem as crestor (rosuvastatin)
causes peripheral neuropathy and if u had come to me i would have suggested u to take calcium tab 1000 mg daily with vit e 400 daily
apart from medicines i would have suggested you some blood test related to level of calcium, blood sugar level,0,25 hydroxy cholecalciferol, PTH
So you can consult your physician about the same
