How To Treat Left Sided Chest Pain?

hi there
i came from work yesterday and everything was normal, then all of sudden i start getting chest pain only on my left side, then start shaking, my whole body, didnt feel cold but my fingers were frezzing and my body was sweaty. checked my pressure and it wass/ d and heart rate104

1) Your age and gender.
2) Any associated diseases like Diabetes, blood pressure and cholesterol problem.
3) Presence of previous heart disease.
4) Heart disease in family.
5) Habits like smoking and alcohol.

Whatever the symptoms you have mentioned, you should not neglect it. It may be symptoms of heart disease.
It requires immediate evaluation.

Following tests need to be done immediately -
1) ECG.
