How To Treat Left Arm Bruising In A 4 Years Old Child?
My 4 yr old crashed his dirt bike a month ago and had pretty terrible bruising on his right arm with swelling but no fracture. Now the bruising is gone but he has a very hard lump under the skin on his arm (reminds me of the shape of a butterfly). Should I be concerned? I don t want to let it go and have him have life long negative effects from it.

Hot fomentation thrice a day for few days,ie 10-15 days will help. If lump increase in size or hurts ,see doctor.
