How To Treat Itchy Spot On The Sole Of Foot?
Hi, I ve had this really itchy spot on the sole of my foot is right under near the toes another appear like little white spots. They are tiny white spots grouped together and like the sling on that area has become hard and very itchy and it kinda hurts too . Help can stop itching !!

Itchy spot on the sole of foot is commonly caused by allergy, contact dermatitis or fungal infection (tinea pedis). If they are fluid filled they can be dyshidrotic eczema. Itchy feet may be indicative of high blood glucose or diabetes. You are suggested to wash the feet with warm water and savlon/dettol. Washing in neem oil is equally effective.
You should take care of your hygiene, after patting it dry apply ointment Clotrimazole in the area affected. You can take a course of anti-fungals (Fluconazole) orally. Take non sedating antihistamines orally to get rid of itching. Do not scratch or touch. Ointment hydrocortisone is equally effective when applied in the area affected. Cut on sugar and carbohydrate intake so that it heals faster. Protect it from getting infected.
