Hi,

Your complaint is itchy lesions on left foot. There are sores or erosions developed after scratching. And there is swelling or oedema of foot, which suggests secondary bacterial infection. With this much history, I feel that you might have contact allergic dermatitis or eczema. You consult dermatologist for firm diagnosis. He might give antibiotics, steroid in tappering doses and antihistaminics.
He might advise to apply antibiotic cream initially and then combined cream of antibiotic and steroid. Avoid soap bath. You may use dettol liquid for cleansing the foot. You may be alright. I hope you got my answer.

Thanks.
