Hello and welcome to HCM,
Involvement of eyes, skin and genital organs is suggestive of an autoimmune disorder called Behcet's disease.
Behcet's disease is characterized by inflammation of eyes, involvement of
mucous membrane in particular and involvement of genital organs in the form of ulcers.
This is just one possibility of many others.
The symptoms mentioned by you could be different entities and not associated with each other.
Thus, clinical assessment is necessary along with relevant investigations to diagnose the condition and thus treat it.
In the meanwhile, you can take symptomatic treatment in the form of
emollient on skin,
artificial tears in eyes and a pain killer.
I am not advising to take any oral medication because in case these symptoms are due to
allergy, oral medication may worsen the condition.
Thus,
consult a pediatrician as early as possible.
Thanks and take care
