Hi,

It seems that you may be vasculitis with secondary infection. There are burning reddish, erythematous patches with crusts. This suggests that there may be inflammation of blood vessels in the skin. There may be some cause. You may have pain and swelling of the affected areas. You consult dermatologist. After investigations, he may prescribe antibiotics, anti inflammatory drugs,steroids..etc. I hope you got my answer.

Thanks.
