How To Treat Itchiness All Over The Body After Using Epilator?

I used epilator to remove hair throughout my body. Starting in March, my legs started to ichi after epilating. So, I changed back to shaving but it does not seem to help. I m trying not to scratch my legs, but end up scratching them until I bleed. What should I do?
