Hi doctor iam sudha age 24 I had irregular periods I went to gynecologist after testing I came to know I am having pcod so plz suggest me I got married 4 years back my doctor suggested me to take ova shield i am using it but still irregular periods i am not getting conceive

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the cystic ovarian disease then it some time self limiting may regress on its own but most of the time needs hormone therapy and surgical intervention too, depends upon the size and numbers of cyst, for conception, presence of ovum sperm and hormone needed, without this conception may not be possible, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
