How To Treat Increased Itching Around Anus?
For the last 4 years I have had increasing itching around my Anus it is now almost constant and very hard to concentrate on other things because of it. I have tried over the counter Cortisone cremes and have also tried hemrrroid cremes with no relief, can you help me with some other suggestions.

A physical examination is pivotal at this juncture and I would recommend that at the earliest. A rash, fistula, hemorrhoid (possibly even internal), STD, etc; are all possibilities that can be ruled out only by a physical exam.
