How To Treat High Blood Pressure?
hi, my friend has High Blood Pressure..his regular reading is 160/100 and whenever he has headach or bit dizzy his BP raises to 180/130 . and he is frequently hospitilized with BP of 200/130 and above. aHe keeps on seeing different doctors and keeps changing medicines. Though he goes to gym atleast 3 imes a week...he hasn' reduced his belly. But he is not fat. His cholestrol level is also bit higher. Please advice.

Take anti hypertensive drugs like losarton and atenolol as per doctors advise. And he should start atorvastatin10/20 mg daily to reduce cholestero level to prevent any coronary risk. Take salt restricted and low fat diet.and regular exercise.
