You have to mention whether you have pain associated with passing stools and whether you can feel any swelling coming out of the anus. Bleeding can be a sign of hemorrhoids but can be caused by numerous other reasons like anal fissure, fistula or even it can be bleeding from the Intestine. My advice is to visit a Surgeon and let him have a look at your symptoms. He will do a per rectal examination and proctoscopy and test your stools for blood.
