How To Treat Headaches And Small Body Aches?
I have a problem. Can you help? For the last three days I have had a headache and small body aches. I do not have any sinuse problems or coughs and my throat also hasn t hurt. I changed my contacts to even check if its it deals with my eyes and nothing. I took moltrin and alka zeltzer and nothing.

It can be a viral infection in the body that can lead to headache and body ache.
You can take available motrin that is ibuprofen for your symptoms.
If no improvement than detailed physical examination should be done and investigate with CBC for primary work up.
