How To Treat Headachemy Which Is Causing Pain In Back Of Head?

My top back head hurts and i have a headachemy mom dad says it might be the cause of over use of computer that also affect my eyes or the hot weather or climate here n rhe philippines ..pls answer me asap i panic sometimes and overreact thta it might be a brain tumor.

Consult a neurologist for further diagnosis.
Detail history and investigation give exact idea about problems.
Mention a intensity and duration of pain with aggravating factor ...
Start a treatment as per reason behind it..
Ct scan and MRI can use for further diagnosis .
