sudden, severe headaches across the head and in the back. causes slurred speach, unstable and can fall over, confussion, wekness, as well as it comes whenever, but after eating anything, it happens. it can last minutes to hours. sometimes having muscle weakness and or aches. at times in the back of head you can feel very big swelling or lumps.

The symptoms you have described can be due to a mini stroke or a TIA ( transient ischemic attack) where the blood flow to the brain is transiently blocked and produces the symptoms.
You have to consult a neurologist or a physician immediately and get an MRI scan done to look for any lesions or abnormalities in the brain.
