How To Treat Headache And Vomit?

After working out today, I became very over heated. I took a warm shower and then lied down for a nap. When I woke up, about an hour later, I had a splitting headache and began to vomit. Shortly after, I noticed my urine was a light green color. I had been sipping water throughout the day and throughout my work out.

Hello,

A headache can be of many reasons. The most common being migraine. Other causes can be cluster headaches, stress headaches etcetera. If headaches are too frequent need to go to a general practitioner for history and examination to come to a diagnosis. Usually, no preliminary scans are required. Graded analgesia was given for treatment and is easily control. Lifestyle modification is also advising like decreasing tea or coffee or alcohol and smoking whichever can be triggering factors.
