Hi,
I'm very sorry to hear about your injury.

The symptoms which you describe are very concerning because they are a clear indication that you should be evaluated further in an urgent care center or an ER. The dizziness, nausea as well as the persistent pain can be an indicator of bleeding in the brain. The transient loss of consciousness by itself is an indication for getting a CT scan of the brain done.

While all of these symptoms can also be explained by a moderate to severe concussion but other more serious conditions have to be ruled out AT ALL COSTS. I would strongly recommend that you contact your closest urgent care center or even go to the ER and get yourself evaluated as soon as possible.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, such symptoms of head injury need to be taken very seriously and it is better to observed the condition for at least 48 hours under medical supervision, along with this better to get done the CT of head, just to rule out the brain injury hope this information helps, take care.
