I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...
Gallstones do not go away on their own.Their is no treatment for their removal without surgery. As you have no symptoms, No treatment is necessary now. However can be temporarily managed by making dietary adjustments, such as reducing fat intake & taking 4-5 divided meals instead of a heavy meal This treatment has some success rate in preventing symptoms. The gallbladder stones can cause symptoms include pain in the chest or abdomen and indigestion. Then, Removal of gall bladder known as cholecystectomy, may be required
Don't worry you would be fine Hoping your query is solved.
