How To Treat Friction Burns On Butt Cheek?

I have two fairly large friction burns on my "seat bones" caused by friction on my road bike. The burns are now splitting and are oozing. They're in a location where they're tough to gauze. They are very red and vertically edged where the skin is splitting. Any thoughts? Walking hurts, bending knees, clearly not on my bike.
