How To Treat Foul Odor From Nose And Vagina?

i am on numerous medications. I also have a particular nose for foul smells. I have noticed in the last month that i have a smell that i am embarrased about, in my vagania, and in my c-cection crease. did i mention that i have reciently had a hysterctomy... i douche...what else can you suggest?

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the foul smelling coming from the nose then it may be due to sinusitis and same would be for vaginal smell and for both antibiotic may needed, drink more water, care need to be taken for hygiene, hope this is information helps, take care and have a nice day.
