How To Treat Foreskin Tightness?

Hi, my name is Harish, age 35, I have problem in getting my penis skin back completely, actually I can bring over the overhead of penis but some of the skin attached at the end, could you please advise what to do to remove that attachment. I can send you photo if you required.

I don't need photo, I can understand your concern

Your diagnosis : phimosis with tight Franulum

It might occured because of chronic non specific balanposthitis like inflammatory condition

For mild phimosis topical steroid sometime prescribed but not helpful in severe phimosis..

The permanent treatment is by removing foreskin called as circumcision with release of tight frenulum... (it is minor surgery)
