General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms of your husband seem to be related to a stomach flu. I suggest using Acetaminophen three times a day to help with the pain and the fever. It is an over the counter medication. Meanwhile, I suggest to consult your doctor for a specific treatment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
