I breathed in a large amount of smoke which also stung my eyes. The smoke was from 4 plastic containers that I hadn t taken out of my pizza oven. It was thick acrid smoke. I have woken up with a tight chest and what feels like a huge lump in my throat

I suggest you to breathe in fresh air. drink plenty of fluids, rest also use a candy for sore throat. Also you can use cough medication. If you have headache nausea or vomiting consult with your doctor.
