How To Treat Extremely Itchy Red Area On Both Ears?

hi there, extremely itchy red areas on both ears in the exact same spots. almost look like they could develop into blisters. thought perhaps it could be a cold sore, but is that likely to happen to both ears in the same area at the same time? could it be a reaction to a hat/cold weather/allergy etc? no known allergies.

Hi,
Having same itchy red area on both ears shows that there might be having some internal or external allergen causing this problem.
Try to find out allergen and avoid it.
Take Benadryl or Levo-cetrizine for 2-3 days.
Ok and take care.
