How To Treat Extreme Dizziness, breathing Problem After Physical Activity?

I just recently got back to doing matrial arts after taking a break for about a month use to vacation. Ever since I got back when I get really tired and need to rest or can t breathe (I have asthma) I can see my pulse in my eyes, and feel it in my head. I can see it in my parrifreal vision and makes two blurred/warped spots in my vision. I ve had a headache every day for almost two years now, and sometimes it lasts days before it dies down and hurts less. I ve been very dizzy lately too. I m 15 and female.
