How To Treat Extended Penile Outer Skin?

hi my penis outer skin covers completely and makes my penis to bend down. What could be reason. I can only pull the outer skin back when my penis is small (not errected) once errected the outer skin becomes tight and it pains a lot. Also it makes my penis bend down. Pls suggest.

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have
what is called as Phimosis.
The bending of the penis down on erection could be due to band of adhesion between glans penis and frenulum.

This can be confirmed only on clinical examination by a qualified General Surgeon or Urologist .

You need to get circumcised .This is a simple surgery done under local anaesthesia as a out patient procedure and offers permanent cure.
