How To Treat Excessive Stomach Gas Formation?

Hi doc I went to bed around 2am this morning a well and fine, then I woke up with the feeling of bad gas, I used the bathroom. And after that all day I ve been feeling the same discomfort feeling( like having to go #2) but I won t go. Then I would feel slight pain wen I tried to eat and I m a bit weak. What is this?

I appreciate your concern, this type of symptoms indicate the chances of intestinal infection if I would be your doctor then I would treat you with the following medicine,
1) Tab Metronidazole 400mg twice in day for five days
have light diet till then and nothing to worry about this, it would be fine soon, have nice day.
