Dear Doctor, I am in my late fifties.I am suffering from Erectile disfunction since the last ten years. I was outside India for a long period and was a batchelor there. I had'nt any chance to deal with ladies .means it was idle for along period. ERECTILE DYSFUNCTION in late fifties need to be evaluated because it may be associated with certain medical conditions like diabetes ,hypertension and other medications or habits. Iam not a specialist in sidda medicine but will try to answer your query . Erectile dysfunction can be of psychogenic,vascular,neurogenic, endocrinal and drugs induced. so we have to find out the reason for ED in your case and teat the cause. Most of the ED can be improved by modifying your life style by starting some exercises daily.To begin with half an hour and gradually increasing to 1 hr daily .walking or yoga and meditation can improve a lot. Secondly eating healthy food and avoiding junk foods , carbonated drinks ,and saturated fats. Medical check up to find out any associated diseases and if so controlling them. Lastly medications.
