How To Treat Elevated Level Of Triglycerides?

Hi there,

I just don't know if I start using "LIPANTHYL 200M" which my doctor subscrib for me, because my TRIGLYCERIDES is very high 8.9 g/L and I understand that I must used for live!, could you please advise of what to do.

Noted you have elevated triglyceride level.
Here the drug you are mentioned is fenofibrate ...

You can take it...But rosuvastatin like statin drug also useful....Better to use it first....

Here you have to change your dietary habits also.....
So for that take low fat diet...
Avoid trans fat diet like cheese, butter, pizza and junk food and non veg....

Fruits taken more ...

To burn calories regularly do one hour active exercise......

Avoid sedentary life style...

Regular follow up is necessary....
