I have acne prone dull skin and full of rashes.by iltreatment of a doctor my face skin has become totally destroyed. Now i am using episoft cleansing lotion, clindac a gel since 10days . but there is no improvement. Can i use dermadew aloe lotion for my dull rough skin? Or what can i do?
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of dull and rough skin which is due to loss of natural moisture and can occur due to bacterial or fungal infection.
I would suggest you to apply moisturizer throughout the day to retain moisture. You should drink plenty of water and make use humidifier at home and apply vitamin E oil at night. You should eat green leafy vegetables and fresh fruits. You can start honey usage on daily basis.
If condition persists for more then a week or get worse consult dermatologist for proper diagnosis so that doctor can rule out any infection.Doctor may prescribe oral/topical antibiotics or antifungal medications depending upon the condition.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
Best Wishes, Dr. Harry Maheshwari
