Hello,

I think you are having issues of inflammation and infection taking count that you are having pimples on face and scalp. This can be a reason why your hair is falling. You may need to do a culture of the material taken from pimples in order to find right antibiotic treatment. Consult a dermatologist.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
