Okay I'm just gonna start from the start. I'm 14 years old and on the 1st of November I had an appendectomy and came out of the hospital on the 3rd. Since I came out of the hospital I've had frequent dizzy spells like more than once a day sometimes the whole day like whenever I stand up or walk I get dizzy and dizzyness doesn't last long only for like a few minutes if its even that long usually I just like hug a wall or something until it goes away. Each time I get so dizzy I smell (taste?) a metallic like thing and its only while I'm dizzy. I've even fainted one time. On thursday I had my period and yesterday morning it stopped and this morning or last night I got like an very intense pain in my middle lower abdominal like right under my belly button and its like a pain I've felt when I did sit ups or worked out and its really painful and I didn't do any excersice or anything. I still get dizzy and that smell and now the pain and I just overall don't feel well at all.
