How To Treat Dizziness And Tunnel Vision Caused Due To Sinus Infection?

I ve been experiencing dizziness, tunnel vision, and foggy head (for lack of a better description) on and off for about a month now. I ve gone to the doctor twice and been treated for a sinus infection but my other symptoms persist. What next steps should i take?

Hello and welcome to HCM,
Sinus infection can lead to headache, however, tunnel vision is not characteristic of sinusitis.
Tunnel vision is seen in glaucoma, a disorder of vision.
Glaucoma is caused by elevated intraocular pressure.
Raised intraocular pressure starts affecting vision.
Dizziness can also be due to raised intraocular pressure.
Thus, besides taking treatment of sinusitis, you also need to consult an eye-specialist for clinical assessment, relevant investigations and thus treatment.

Thanks and take care
