Hi,

Further decision depends on the whether this is causing any symptoms right now. Cysts causing acute abdominal pain (from rupture / torsion) may need surgical (usually laproscopic) removal now. If it is asymptomatic and small, doctors usually follow them until delivery and do a repeat scanning in the post natal period to decide further course of action. Your doctor will discuss this in detail.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Muhammed Aslam T. K., Pediatrician
