How To Treat Depression?

Hello Doctor,

I am 30 years old, working in IT company. My work is stressed. I feel very tensed and depressed, i am not getting good sleep and feeling some thing is moving in the head always. The actual problem started in the Month of July 2011, i got muscle twitches in the thigh and moved towards all over body and my mind fully focused towards that and that minor twitches irritated me badly, i was not able to sleep well for many days. during that time i did a google search and i saw some dangerous motor neuron related diseases (ALS) which affect 1% population in the world. i thought that has affected me and i completely moved to depressed mode. Then, I went to the Neuro Surgeon and conducted EMG and Nerve conducation check and also did blood test CPK and Anti CCP test all the results came as normal. However, still now i feel some time my fingers are locked and i feel blureness in eye vision while seeing flush light in night, All the blood tests are taken and every results are normal.

for recent few weeks, I get sleep but not the indepth sleep, I wake up at 5 am and not further sleep after that. while sleeping my mind is always thinking some thing and thoughts are coming unnecessarly. I feel my fingers are sometime locked and very minor small muscle twitches all over the body. Neuro specialist suggested to take Nexito Plus tablets. I had it for one month, however i dont see any progress.

Kindly guide me what is the problem with me. I am a good healthy person not having any bad habits.

Hope that helps,
