How To Treat Depression Leading To Insomnia Due To Tinnitus In Both Ears?
I have tinnitus in both ears which keeps me awake at night. Being said, I am very depressed. My doctor put me on ambien (highest strength) 30mg and most nights I don't succumb to the effects. I am wondering if the tinnitus is so bad that I need an antidepressant to help with my terrible depression which adds to the insomnia... maybe Bipolar Depressive?

hello. please dont worry. you can try anti depressants, but drugs are not the only solution, please try yoga and meditation. they will help. also meet your ENT doctor, and ask him about tinnitus retraining therapy.. it will help. thanks
