How To Treat Cyst Under Scrotum?
I have a cyst under my scrotum, on the body by my anus, who should I go to to treat? It opened on Wed., and opened again yesterday, it seems like it's pretty drained, but there's still the hard lumps in it, so I think I should see a Dr but I'm on Medicare and dont have money to go to the wrong Dr. Please advise...

Thanks for query.
Based on what you have stated I think you have a Perineal abscess which has already burst and opened.The hard lump that you feel is a induration of an abscess .
.
You need to consult General Surgeon for clinical examination .If needed he may advise you to get it drained completely under anesthesia so as to prevent Fistula formation .
In the mean while take antibiotic like Augmentin and anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily.
