How To Treat Common Cold And Flu Caused By Dust Allergy?

Good morning Savio Fernandes Age = 27yrs Weight 80 Kgs Past Medical history = Apendicitis and hernia operation done via incision both at the same time about a year ago. My query is about common cold and flu, which i get very often . Some times when i come in contact with dust but otherwise i get it even in suitable conditions thanx

If you are experiencing frequent cough/colds then you may need to boost your immune system.

This can be improved by using a wide ranging of fruits and vegetables and also using multivitamins.

Cough/cold is not spread with contact with dust but from other infected persons.
Dust can cause allergies that may cause sneezing, nasal congestion, cough.
