How To Treat Chronic Constipation, Temporarily Relieved By Hemorrhoid Cream?

over the last year I have battled with constipation, I have taken miralax and that seemed to help for a while and also received hemmorhoid cream from a urgent care doctor because after my last baby have suffered with those.Over the last couple weeks I have not been able to produce anything but small thin bowels and wondering since I do not have a regular family physician who I should call, because putting in my symptoms on web md does not make me feel very good about what could be going on.Also no blood in my stools. I am 40

Thanks for writing your query.

After reading your post, I would like to advise that you should follow some precautions like :-
1. Eat fiber rich foods which increase the roughage.
2. Drink lots of water daily.
3. Food which may be helpful include spinach, , papaya,guava, etc.
4. Exercise regularly.
5. Yoga is also helpful.
6. Avoid spicy and oily foods.

You can continue with your medication prescribed by your doctor.
