How To Treat Chest Pain And Back Spasm?
I woke up this morning with a back spasm that also triggered a tightness in my chest. Never experienced this before. It still hurt. Should I go to the hospital for this or just do some breathing tips. Please help feels like I m nauseated inside with stomach tighten.

I think you better should do some breathing tips along with muscle relaxant and pain killer for a period of 2-3 days along with pantoprazole 40 mg twice daily before food. I think you will be relieved.
