How To Treat Chest Burning Sensation And Pain?

My chest just started burning all of a sudden and it hurts really bad. I am a 6 foot male and I weigh 170. I am very healthy and work out a lot. I don't have a history of this kind of pain, it just came out if nowhere about an hour ago, and it is on and off type of burning pain.

Hello,
You have forgotten to mention how old are you because it is important. Your pain can be related to the heart. So I think it is better to go in the ER and have an appointment.
