How To Treat Carbuncle-type Cyst On The Left Buttocks Which Drains Bright Red Blood?

I have a carbuncle-type cyst on my left buttocks between the vagina and anus except it's about I-l/2 inches away from
them and is visible on the outer buttocks. It started last July 2013 and it only drains bright red blood. It has swollen
up with only blood about 5 times in this time period and will start bleeding blood a lot and drain for several days, seem
to be healing for a while, then the same process will start all over. This is scaring me. Doxicycline (80) pills did not
clear it up . Please help me.

If the lesion is not infected then no need to take any antibiotic, you can apply povidone ointment just to protect it from the infection otherwise this will get heal on its own, take care and have nice day.
