Hello Doctor, I am 30 years old, weight-60kgs one month back i have fell down and i am getting pain in buttocks while sitting. more in hard surface and less in soft cushions but not able to sit for more than 5mins. its paining.(( actually the same problem i had after child birth before 2years after few days no pain while sitting on soft surface but if i sit on hard surface for an hour it pains a lot.) Now its almost for a month i am taking rest not all sitting but still pains. please provide a solution for my problem
