hi i have a small bump on my left testical and inside right thigh and it hurts to the touch it dosnt move around i was guessing it was from constant use of my laptop being on my lap its not heat bumps/prickily heat and i hope it not cancerious ive had it for 3 days and im 20

at the age of 20 years, possibility of germcell tumors of testis is possible. but your symptoms are not specific. better to get USG abdomen and then proceed depending on its report.
