How To Treat Bruised Leg And Sore Knee?
I fell about a week ago and bruised my right knee. I went to the urgent care center on Sunday they said it was not broken or fractured, but that I had a contusion of my knee. I have been icing it every day. The pain is better and swelling has subsided. I am concerned about the sore/scabbing on my knee. I have been applying vitamin E. What do you recommend to expidite the healing process. It is still very sore.

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the soft tissue inflammation then it may take some time to come around and till then it can be managed with "Tab Diclofenac 50 mg' once in day do not try to bend the knee joint, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
