How To Treat Blood In Stools With History Of Colonoscopy?

I had a colonoscopy July 2014 because of blood in stools. The dx was hemorrhoid so and diverticulitis which was common for my age of 60. For 3 out of the past 6 days I have experienced passing stools with bleeding. Would another colonoscopy be necessary?
