General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

* First Lovenox is responsible for the bleeding in urine and the same should be stopped from the first effect after reading this answer.

* Second line of therapy would be based on the measurements of PT? INR ratio, evaluation of clotting parameters with liver function tests.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
