have have stopped eating for about 4 and a half months now, i just started eating a normal dinner and im trying to eat as healthy and good as i can fill my stomach with because i staved myself for 4 months and i have not got my period in those months yet and i still haven't because of this my stomach is bloated and huge and uncomfortable ? what can i do more to get back on track i really need my period back and im trying as hard as i can to re gain my health ?
