How To Treat Blisters On The Abdominal Scar Site?

I am a 56 year old female, weight 175lbs after a 137 lbs loss following lapband surgery. I had plastic surgery for a panniculectomy 4 months ago. In the last 4 weeks I noticed two thickening, sore, red areas along my side on the abdominal scar. Now they've starting to develop what look like blisters. No weeping, no draining, no bleeding. Should I see anyone about this or will it run its course?
